PROTOCOL_ENGINE
TEAM COMPOSITION:
01Participants may compete either individually or in teams of a maximum of two members.
02Teams exceeding two members will not be permitted to participate in the competition.
DOMAIN FOCUS (ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION):
01Focus on engineering and emerging technologies to solve real-world problems.
02Suggested domains: AI/ML, Data Science, IoT, Robotics, VLSI, Embedded Systems, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Cloud/Edge Computing, Smart Healthcare, Green Engineering, Smart Cities, EdTech.
PRESENTATION REQUIREMENT:
01Presentation must be in PowerPoint format (.pptx).
02Should cover: Problem identified, solution, technology, target market, business model, and scalability.
03Demonstration videos and prototypes are encouraged but not mandatory.
SLIDE LIMIT:
01Maximum of 10 slides (excluding title and reference slides).
02Slides should be concise, visually clear, and structured logically.
TIME ALLOCATION:
01Total 10 minutes: 8 minutes for pitch and 2 minutes for Q&A.
02Strict adherence to the time limit is required.
SUBMISSION OF PRESENTATION FILES:
01Presentation files must be submitted prior to the competition.
ORIGINALITY OF IDEAS:
01All startup ideas must be original. Plagiarism leads to disqualification.
TIE-BREAKER RULE:
01Tied scores will be resolved based on 'Innovation and Originality of Idea' marks.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT:
01Maintain professionalism, discipline, and respectful conduct.
FINAL DECISION:
01Judges' decisions regarding scoring and ranking are final and binding.
