General Guidelines:
01Two rounds: Python and Java debugging.
02Environment: Command Prompt only.
03No internet, mobile phones, or external help.
04Team size: 2 students.
05No member changes once registered.
06Individual attempts are not allowed.
07IDE auto-features strictly prohibited. Manual editing only.
08Arrive at venue 15 minutes prior.
09Mobile phones prohibited in the venue.
10Sit at assigned computers only.
11Malpractice leads to disqualification.
12Judges' decisions are final.
13Round 1: Python Debugging (10 Mins, 2 Programs): Fix syntax, semantic, and logical errors.
14Round 2: Java Debugging (5 Mins, 1 Program): Debug code to compile and produce correct output.
